Uu Dam’s Banh Chung is handcrafted from natural, fragrant ingredients. The outer layer is made with cốm — young sticky rice harvested early and pounded into flakes — from Mễ Trì village, a culinary heritage of Vietnam. Inside, split mung beans with golden centers are gently steamed together with tender lotus seeds from the famed Tịnh Tâm Lake in Huế, creating a rich, nutty filling imbued with the scent of freshly harvested rice.
