Inspired by a winter in Hanoi, Vietnamese thick noodle is
carefully simmered with seasonal vegetables.
Specially prepared greens meld with the tingling, spicy
notes of Yunnan pepper, accompanied by a subtle hint of
sourness from tamarind leaves. It is our hoped that this dish
will warm the hearts of guests visiting Uu Dam.
